It’s understandable with all the fads & latest fitness crazes to get lost in the shuffle and lose your starting point. Highline Club has a way for you to find your footing and most important of all, enjoy your road to better health.

Saturday, January 25, Highline Club is hosting Super Saturday – Let’s Move! During the event you will have an opportunity to sample five different fitness class formats; a quick and easy way for you to decide what is right for you. Just twenty minutes in length, these sample classes highlight what you can expect from the various classes. All classes are suitable to all fitness levels.

In GROUP RIDE burn huge calories while building great legs. This class brings cycling indoors. Roll over hills, spin the flat roads, and climb mountains as you sprint to improved fitness.

CENTERGY helps you redefine yourself. Grow longer and stronger in this mind-body workout. Yoga and Pilates fundamentals are used to train balance, mobility, and flexibility.

During GROUP BLAST heart pounding and sweat pouring is what you will experience. Improve your overall fitness, agility, and coordination. The Step platform is used in highly effective, athletic ways.

GROUP CORE trains you like an athlete as you bucked a strong core, from your shoulders to your hips. Improve your athletic performance and help prevent back issues. Experience how using your body weight, weight plate, towel and a platform will challenge you.

Full body strength training is GROUP POWER. This high-rep weight training class blasts all your muscles. Weight plates, body weight, and an adjustable bar bell, combined with squats, lunge, presses, and curls improve strength and endurance.
